Swisscom Trust Services is a provider of qualified electronic signatures (QES) in both Switzerland and the European Union. QES is a type of advanced electronic signature (AdES) based on qualified digital certificates issued by qualified trust service providers. QES offers the highest level of assurance, as it is valid in the court of law and considered legally equivalent to handwritten signatures both in Switzerland and in the EU, in accordance with the ZertES Swiss Federal law and the eIDAS regulation respectively.

How does this integration work?
Administrator enables the Swisscom integration in Zoho Sign's integration page.
02Sender uploads documents, builds sign workflows, and sends them out for signature.
03Signer fills in all the document's required fields and chooses Swisscom in the Sign via drop-down menu.
04Signer provides their mobile number registered with Swisscom and completes signing by accessing the push notification sent to their Mobile ID app.
05Upon approving the notification, the signer uses their Swisscom-issued QES to sign the document.
