Can I make changes to a report after I’ve submitted it?

Yes, you can make changes to a submitted report by recalling it. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  2. Click the submitted report that you want to edit.
  3. Click the Recall button in the top right corner of the report. Click Recall again. Your report will be assigned the status Recalled and your approver will not be able to view the recalled report.
  4. Make the required changes
  5. Once done, you can submit the report again by clicking Re-submit in the top-right corner.

Note: While recalling a report, a notification email will be sent to your approver that you’ve recalled the report.
