When does auto scanning fail?
Auto scan of your expense receipts might fail due to any of the following reasons:
- When you upload receipts in a language other than the following:
- English
 - Swedish
 - Spanish
 - Portuguese
 - Dutch
 - Italian
 - French
 - German
 - Danish
 - Chinese
 - Norwegian Bokmål
 - Malay
 - Thai
 - Vietnamese
 - Russian
 
 - When a receipt belongs to an unsupported file format.
 - When receipts are uploaded with insufficient data.
 - When the uploaded receipts are faded and illegible.
 - When multiple receipts are photographed and uploaded as a single image.
 - When the number of receipts uploaded exceed the plan limit.
