yes, to restrict users from recalling a report after it has been partially approved

1. Switch to the Admin View.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Select Modules under Customization.

4. Click Reports.

5. Check the option Restrict users from recalling a report if one of the approvers in the approval flow approves the report under under Approval Preferences.

6. Once done, click Save.
