Is it possible to set budget for individual users?
Yes, admins can set budgets for individual users. Here’s how:
- Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
 - Go to Budgets on the left sidebar.
 - Click + New Budget in the top right corner.
 - Select User Budget.
 - Select the User from the dropdown.
 - Select the Fiscal Year, Budget Period, Budget Type, and enter the Budget Amount.
 - Click Save.
 
You can also set budgets for individual users from the User Details page. Here’s how:
- Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
 - Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

Click Settings in the top right corner of the page. - Select Users under Users and Control.
 - Select the respective user and go to the Budgets tab.
 - Click + New Budget.
 - Select the Fiscal Year, Budget Period, Budget Type, and enter the Budget Amount.
 - Click Save.
