Yes, you can associate unique email templates for different subscription items. To do this:

• Navigate to Product Catalog > Subscription Items.
• Select the subscription item for which you want to associate a template.
• Click the More dropdown and select the Associate Templates option.
• Associate the necessary templates and click Save.
