How can I enable the Customer Portal for multiple customers simultaneously in Zoho Billing?

To enable the Customer Portal for multiple customers simultaneously:

  • Navigate to the Customers module.
  • Select the customers for whom you want to enable the Customer Portal.

Insight: You can enable the portal for a maximum of 50 customers in one go.

  • Click More Actions > Enable Portal.
  • Select Enable Portal in the popup.

Now, the portal will be enabled for the selected customers and an email invite will be sent to them.

Pro Tip: You can configure the customer portal to be enabled automatically for your customers whenever they sign up for a subscriptions from the hosted payment pages.
