Can I change the name of my Customer Portal? How will it affect my organization?

Yes, you can change your portal name. Here’s how:

Navigate to Settings > Preferences > General under Customer Portal.
Edit the Portal Name field.
Click Save.

Note: Changing the portal name will modify the portal URL accordingly. You will have to resend the modified link to your customers, with which they can access the Customer Portal.
