When will the payouts be deposited to my account?
Payouts are deposited to your bank once your Zoho Payments account has been verified and is in the Active status. If it’s not, you’ll need to update the required details or documents. You can easily track your verification status on your dashboard.
Once your account is verified, your payouts will be deposited into your bank account daily. Payments will be made available for payout after 2 business days from the actual transaction date, i.e., T+1 or T+2 business days (this can vary based on the payment method used).
Insight: T here denotes the actual transaction date.
Payout schedule based on the payment method:
- UPI: T+1 Business days
- Cards: T+2 Business days
- Net Banking: T+2 Business days
Payouts may be delayed if the payout falls on a weekend or bank holiday. In such cases, the payout will be processed on the next business day.
If your payout has been initiated and is still delayed, use the Bank Reference ID from the Payouts module and share it with your bank to help track the status.
