Can I change the bank account to which I receive payouts?

Yes, you can update the bank account to which you receive payouts. Reach out to our support team to enable this option. Once enabled, you can update the details by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings and select Payout Preferences.
  2. Scroll down to the Bank Account section and click Edit near your bank account details.
  3. Enter the updated details and click Save.

The bank account details will be updated, and future payouts from Zoho Payments will be deposited to the given account after bank account verification. Note that payouts may be temporarily put on hold during the verification process.
