Call support is available only for users with paid subscription of Zoho Books. However you can reach us over email and our support representatives will get back to you.
You can call us any time between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on business days. If you have subscribed to the Premium support plan, you can reach us between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on business days.
Product onboarding consists of one-on-one sessions with product experts for a period of 10 days from the day of purchase. These sessions will give you a guided path to help you set up Zoho Books for your business, familiarise yourself with the product, and learn how to use Zoho Books.
