How do I move expenses from one report to another?
To do this:
- Login to your Zoho Expense organization. 
- Go to Reports. 
- Apply the Unsubmitted filter from the filter dropdown. 
- Select the report that you want to update. 
- Bulk select the expenses that you want to move. 
- Once done, click Bulk Update. 
- In the report field dropdown, select the report that you want to move the expenses to. 
- Click Save.
