Can I delete a custom field from a report PDF?
Yes, you can choose the fields that you want to view in the expense report PDF and disable the rest of them. To do this:
- Login to your Zoho Expense organization. 
- Switch to the Admin View. 
- Go to Settings. 
- Under Customization, select Modules. 
- Click Reports. 
- Go to the Fields tab. 
- Unselect the checkboxes for the fields you prefer not to include in your report PDF under Show in PDF. 
- Click Save.
