While exporting an analytic report, can I customise the columns that have to be displayed?

Yes, you can choose to show or hide the columns that have to be displayed in your analytic report. To do this:

1. Log in to Zoho Expense.

2. Navigate to Admin View > Analytics.

3. Click to the required report. Click Customize.

4. Click Show / Hide Columns.

5. Under the Columns Hidden section, hover over the column that you want to add and click the + icon.

6. Click Run Report.

7. Click the Export as dropdown at the top right corner and select the format in which you want to export your analytic report.

8. If you want to protect this file with password, mark I want to protect this file with a password option and enter a password with at least 6 characters.

9. Click Export to export the analytic report.
