Can I record purchase receives with lesser quantity than what I actually ordered?

Yes, you can record purchase receives with less quantity than what you actually recorded in the purchase order. The receive status of your purchase order will become partially received. However, you cannot record more quantity in the purchase receive than the ordered quantity.
