I’m not able to find any transaction in my Stripe Clearing account even though integrated my Zoho ERP organization with my Stripe account. What should I do?

You have to configure Feed Accounts on the Stripe Integration page to allow Zoho ERP to fetch the transactions from your Stripe account. To configure:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Customer Payment under Online Payments.
  • Click Edit Settings next to Stripe.
  • On the Stripe Integration page, click Configuration Feed Accounts.
  • Fill in the required details and click Save.

You can now view your Stripe account’s transactions in your Stripe Clearing account.
