How do I delete my Zoho ERP organization?

If you’re dealing with a large volume of incorrect transactions in your current organization and need to remove them, the process typically involves manually navigating through each module to delete them. Alternatively, you can create a new organization and begin a new.

Prerequisite:

The organization should not be subscribed to any paid plan.
The user who is deleting the organization must be the last active Admin of the organization.
All integrations must be disabled.

To delete your Zoho ERP organization:

Click the Organization Name dropdown in the top right corner, the list of roles assigned to the logged in user will be displayed.
Click Switch Organization. My Organizations list will be displayed.
Click Manage to manage the organizations.
Click the More icon next to the organization that you want to delete and select Delete from the dropdown.
Check the I want to permanently delete this Zoho ERP organization and its contents option in the pop up that appears.
Click Delete Organization.

Your Zoho ERP organization will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access it.
