How do I delete my Zoho ERP organization?
If you’re dealing with a large volume of incorrect transactions in your current organization and need to remove them, the process typically involves manually navigating through each module to delete them. Alternatively, you can create a new organization and begin a new.
Prerequisite:
- The organization should not be subscribed to any paid plan.
- The user who is deleting the organization must be the last active Admin of the organization.
- All integrations must be disabled.
To delete your Zoho ERP organization:
- Click the Organization Name dropdown in the top right corner, the list of roles assigned to the logged in user will be displayed.
- Click Switch Organization. My Organizations list will be displayed.
- Click Manage to manage the organizations.
- Click the More icon next to the organization that you want to delete and select Delete from the dropdown.
- Check the I want to permanently delete this Zoho ERP organization and its contents option in the pop up that appears.
- Click Delete Organization.
Your Zoho ERP organization will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access it.
