• How many contact persons can be created in my Zoho ERP organization when the CRM integration is enabled?
• Can I change the contact sync type from one module to another?

• I created a record in Zoho ERP, synced it to Zoho CRM, and later deleted it in Zoho CRM. Will the record be deleted in Zoho ERP as well?
