Expenses Preferences
In this help document, you’ll learn the preferences you can configure for the Expenses module in Zoho ERP.
To access the Preferences page of the Expenses module:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Expenses under Purchases.
Field Customization
You can add multiple custom fields for the Expenses module and assign different data types for each of them.
Custom Buttons
You can create new buttons in the Expenses module to perform specific actions for your transactions, or to open external links. You can create them using deluge script and execute actions based on the functions you add.
Validation Rules
If you want to set restrictions on creating or updating expenses, you can use Validation Rules.
Related Lists
Related Lists allows you to fetch and view data from within the app as well as from other third-party services. This comes in handy when you want to cross-reference data from different entities.
