Enable Price Lists

Price Lists is not a default module in Zoho ERP. If required, you can enable it from Settings to create and manage multiple pricing strategies for your items.

To enable the Price Lists module,

• Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
• Navigate to Organization Settings.
• Click Configure Modules under Setup & Configurations.
• Under the Items section, enable Price Lists.
• Click Save.

Enable Price List in Line Item Level

If you want to apply different price lists for each item in a transaction, you can enable this option,

To enable this,

• Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
• Navigate to Module Settings.
• Click Items under General.
• Under the Price Lists section, check Apply Price List at Line Item Level.
• Click Save.

Enable Pricing Method

If you wish to apply pricing method you can follow the below steps:

• Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
• Navigate to Module Settings.
• Click Items under General.
• Under the Price Lists section, check Enable Pricing Method.
• Click Save.
