# Integrate Zoho Commerce with Zoho PageSense

Zoho PageSense is a conversion optimization and website analytics tool that helps you understand how visitors interact with your online store and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

## Connect Zoho PageSense

To integrate Zoho PageSense with your Zoho Commerce store:

*   Log in to your Zoho Commerce organization.
*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Navigate to **Analytics** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Show Details** against _Zoho PageSense_.
*   Choose the relevant **Portal Name**, **Project Name**, and **Funnel Experiment** from the dropdown lists.
*   Click **Update**.

Once the integration is configured, you can use PageSense analytics to monitor visitor behavior and optimize your store experience.

## Configure the Integration

After connecting PageSense, you can configure the associated portal, project, and funnel experiment that you want to track.

To update the settings:

*   Go to **Settings** and select **Analytics** under _Integrations_.
*   Select the appropriate **Portal Name**, **Project Name**, and **Funnel Experiment**.
*   Click **Update**.

This helps you track the performance of specific journeys and user interactions on your website.

**Note:** See where your customers are dropping off on your website. Access PageSense to understand the steps where visitors exit your funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

## Disconnect the Integration

If you no longer want to use Zoho PageSense with your online store, you can disconnect the integration.

To disconnect:

*   Go to **Settings** and select **Analytics** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Disconnect** next to **Zoho PageSense**.
*   Confirm the action in the pop-up dialog box.

Once disconnected, PageSense will no longer receive data from your Zoho Commerce store.
