## Zoho Commerce Help Documentation Index Access the complete documentation index at: https://www.zoho.com/en-fr/commerce/help/llms.txt Use this file to discover all available documentation pages before proceeding. # Integrate Zoho Commerce with PayPal PayPal is a faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money, or set up a merchant account. **Note:** Transaction charges are applicable as per your payment gateway’s plan. Zoho does not charge any additional fees. ## Set Up PayPal To get started, you will have to connect your PayPal account with Zoho Commerce. To set up: * Go to **Settings** and then select **Payment Gateways** under _Integrations & Marketplace_. * Click **Set Up Now** next to **PayPal**. In the pop-up window, click **Connect to PayPal**. You will be redirected to the PayPal sign-in or sign-up page. * If you do not have a PayPal account, create one by entering the required details. * Sign in to your PayPal account and click **Connect to PayPal**. You will have successfully connected your PayPal account to Zoho Commerce. ## Collect Customer Payments ### Enable Payment Options Your customers can pay you through PayPal if you’ve enabled it as a payment option in your online store. To enable PayPal as a payment option: * Go to **Settings** in the top right corner. * Select **Payment Gateways** under _Integrations & Marketplace_. * Click **Checkout Preferences** next to **PayPal** and enable **Show in OnlineStore**. ### Receive Payments from Customers After you’ve enabled PayPal in the payment options, your customers can pay for their orders using PayPal during checkout. To make payments, your customers will have to: * Visit your online store and add items to the cart. * Click **View Cart** and select **Checkout**. * Enter their address and click **Continue**. * Select **PayPal** under _Payment Options_. * Complete the payment on the PayPal page and click **Continue**. * Once the payment is successful, the order status will be updated to **Paid** and you will receive an email notification. ## Configure the Integration ### Transaction Charges Transaction charges are applicable as per your payment gateway’s plan. Zoho does not charge any additional fees. ### Accepts Credit Cards and Debit Cards Based on your PayPal account configuration, credit cards and debit cards can be used. This varies depending on your PayPal account settings. ### Autcharge: Not available Autcharge is not available for this integration. **Note:** Special characters in certain fields can stop the automatic update of payment details in Zoho Commerce. If there are non-English characters in fields like Company Name, First or Last Name of your client or your Business Name, then follow the steps below and update your PayPal account settings. Please Note: * Log in to your PayPal account and click on **Profile** under **My Account**. * Select **My Selling Tools** under **Profile**. * Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click on **PayPal button language encoding**. * On the **Language Encoding** page, select the **More Options** button. * Set **UTF-8** for **Encoding** in **More Options** page. * Click **Save**. ## Delete the Integration If you no longer want to use the PayPal integration, you can delete it. **Warning:** The PayPal integration is synced across your Zoho Finance apps, so deleting the integration in one app will delete it in all other Zoho Finance apps. To delete the PayPal integration: * Go to **Settings** and then select **Payment Gateways** under _Integrations & Marketplace_. * Click the **Delete** icon next to **PayPal**. * Click **OK** to confirm. The PayPal integration will be deleted from your Zoho Commerce organization, and your customers will no longer be able to make payments using PayPal.
