# Integrate Zoho Commerce with Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel is a piece of code that allows you to track user activity on your website and optimize your marketing campaigns. By integrating Meta Pixel with Zoho Commerce, you can measure the effectiveness of your ads, track conversions, and retarget visitors who have interacted with your store.

## Add Your Meta Pixel ID

To connect Meta Pixel with your Zoho Commerce store:

*   Log in to your Zoho Commerce organization.
*   Click **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Navigate to **Sales & Marketing** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Show Details** next to **Meta Pixel (Previously Facebook Pixel)**.
*   Enter your **Meta Pixel ID** in the provided field.
*   Click **Save**.

The Meta Pixel ID is a unique identifier that helps Meta connect the events from your store website to your Meta Ads account.

**Note:** Register on the Facebook/Meta platform and obtain the unique ID in the box above. The ID will then be available in your Pixel dashboard.

## Track Events

Once the Meta Pixel is activated, it tracks events such as:

*   Content viewing
*   Add to Cart
*   Checkout initiation
*   Lead generation
*   Adding payment information
*   Purchase completion
*   Search products
*   Registration completion

These events help you understand customer behavior and measure the performance of your marketing campaigns.

## Edit the Pixel Settings

If you need to update the pixel configuration:

*   Go to **Settings** and navigate to **Sales & Marketing** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Show Details** next to **Meta Pixel**.
*   Update the **Meta Pixel ID** if required.
*   Click **Save**.

## Disconnect the Integration

If you no longer want to use Meta Pixel with your Zoho Commerce store, you can disconnect it.

To disconnect:

*   Go to **Settings** and navigate to **Sales & Marketing** under _Integrations & Marketplace_.
*   Click **Show Details** next to **Meta Pixel**.
*   Click **Disconnect**.
*   Confirm the action in the pop-up dialog box.

After disconnecting, the Meta Pixel will no longer track customer activity on your store website.
