Integrate Zoho Commerce with Google Analytics
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help you track website traffic, understand customer behavior, and measure the performance of your store. By integrating Google Analytics with Zoho Commerce, you can monitor key user interactions, analyze conversions, and make data-driven improvements to your business.
Add Google Analytics Tracking IDs
To configure Google Analytics in Zoho Commerce:
- Log in to your Zoho Commerce organization.
- Click Settings in the top right corner.
- Navigate to Analytics under Integrations & Marketplace.
- Click Show Details against Google Analytics.
- Enter your Google Analytics Measurement ID in the required field.
- Enter your Google Ads Tracking ID if you want to track ad conversions.
- Enter your Meta Tag if you want to add tracking code for Meta campaigns.
- Enter your Google Tag Manager Container ID if you use Google Tag Manager.
- Click Save.
Use the values from your Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts to enable monitoring and reporting on your store’s performance.
Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools
Under Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools, enter the following details:
- Google Analytics Measurement ID
- Google Ads Tracking ID
- Meta Tag
- Google Tag Manager Container ID
Each value should match the tracking configuration in your Google account. This allows Zoho Commerce to send relevant website data to Google Analytics and related tools.
Add Google Ads Tracking ID
To track conversions from Google Ads:
- Go to your Google Ads account and copy your conversion tracking ID.
- Paste it in the Google Ads Tracking ID field in Zoho Commerce.
- Save the settings.
This helps you track the outcomes of your campaigns and evaluate how visitors from Google Ads contribute to your store’s sales.
Add Meta Tag
To add the Meta tag:
- Copy the Meta tag from your Meta account or Meta Pixel dashboard.
- Paste it in the Meta Tag field in Zoho Commerce.
- Click Save.
The tag helps track visitor activity and supports your campaign performance analysis.
Add Google Tag Manager Container ID
To add a Google Tag Manager container:
- Copy the Container ID from your Google Tag Manager account.
- Paste it in the Container ID field in Zoho Commerce.
- Click Save.
This allows you to manage tracking codes and tags for your store without changing the site code manually.
Configure Google Analytics
To configure Google Analytics in your Google Analytics dashboard:
- Log in to your Google Analytics account.
- Go to Admin.
- Select View Settings.
- Set the Currency display if needed.
- Enable Ecommerce Reporting under Ecommerce Settings.
