You can also review the history of imported files to monitor the data that has been uploaded by different users. This helps you safeguard your store data and recover it if needed. **Note:** You can initiate a backup only once every 15 days. If a backup is already in progress or was created recently, you may need to wait before starting another one. * * * ## Back Up Data You can create a backup of your organization’s data in CSV or XLS format and save it for offline use. Once the backup is complete, a download link is sent to your email address. To back up your data: * Go to **Settings** on the top right corner of the page. * Select **Data Management** under _Developer Data_. * Go to the **Backup Data** tab. * Click **Backup Your Data**. * In the pop-up that appears, review the email address to which the backup link will be sent. * Select the **File Type** as **CSV** or **XLS**. * If you want to include sensitive PII data in the backup, enable **Include Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) while backing up data**. * Click **Continue**. The backup process will begin. It may take up to 30 minutes to complete. Once the backup is ready, the system will send a download link to the email address displayed in the pop-up. You can also download the backup from the **Backup History** section. **Note:** The download link for backed-up data expires after 30 days. * * * ## Back Up Documents Zoho Commerce also lets you back up the documents in your organization, such as files attached to records and related data. These exports are generated as ZIP files. To back up documents: * Go to **Settings** on the top right corner of the page. * Select **Data Management** under _Developer Data_. * Go to the **Backup Documents** tab. * Click **Back Up Documents**. * In the pop-up that appears, review the email address to which the backup link will be sent. * Click **Continue**. The document backup will begin, and a download link will be sent once it is complete. The process can take up to 30 minutes. You can also download the backup from the **Backup History** section. **Note:** The download link includes only the documents uploaded between the previous and the current backup date, and it expires after 30 days. * * * ## Back Up Audit Trail You can also export the audit trail for your organization as a ZIP file. After the backup is complete, Zoho Commerce sends an email with a download link. To back up the audit trail: * Go to **Settings** on the top right corner of the page. * Select **Data Management** under _Developer Data_. * Go to the **Backup Audit Trail** tab. * Click **Back Up Your Audit Trail**. * Click **Continue** in the pop-up that appears. The backup is initiated, and the download link is sent to the email address displayed in the pop-up once the export is ready. **Note:** The audit trail backup includes only the activity between the previous and current backup dates, and the link expires after 60 days. * * * ## Import History You can view the history of all imported files in your Zoho Commerce organization. This helps you track which user uploaded a file, which module it was associated with, and the status of the import. To view import history: * Go to **Settings** on the top right corner of the page. * Select **Data Management** under _Developer Data_. * Go to the **Import History** tab. The list displays details such as the user who uploaded the file, the module, file name, upload date, status, and the number of imported rows. You can also filter records by user or module to narrow down the history. * * *
