I’ve recently been moved to the free plan as the system failed to auto-renew my Zoho Invoice subscription. What do I do now?
Auto-renewal is a process where the subscription amount is automatically deducted from the customer’s credit card. The customer should authorize it while paying for the first time.
Sometimes, the auto-renewal process may fail due to the following reasons:
- Expiry of the card
 - Insufficient funds
 - Payment rejected by the bank
 
Under such cases, kindly try upgrading your subscription manually.
To do so, kindly follow the below mentioned steps:
- Click on the Upgrade link present on the top-right corner of your dashboard.
 - Choose the plan of your choice, and click on the Upgrade button.
 - Enter your card details and pay for the subscription.
