I already have an account with an existing Peppol access point provider. Can I link it to Zoho Billing and use it to send transactions through Peppol?
No, you cannot use an existing account from any Peppol access point provider to send transactions through Zoho Billing. Zoho Billing uses Storecove as its Peppol access point provider. If you already have a Peppol account with Storecove or another provider associated with your VAT ID, it must be deactivated before the Zoho Billing can create a new Storecove account for you.
Note: Data from your existing access point account will not be migrated to Zoho Billing.
